Hi, I'm Alex.

 A qualified nutritionist for stressed and busy professionals who feel like they are stuck in a rut and are seeking to lose weight in a holistic, healthy and sustainable way.

I am passionate about helping you lose excess kg’s and develop sustainable healthy habits. I have seen first hand the impact of working in stressful, corporate environments on my friends, family and colleagues. It reverts them back to yo-yo dieting, quick fix solutions and limiting beliefs which only negatively impacts overall health and weight. 

 

That’s why I am here, to help you get back to feeling your best and have the tools and healthy habits in place to live an abundant and healthy life. 

 

I am sick of seeing what constant stress and effects of being time poor is doing and it doesn’t have to be that way. You can still look after your health, feel happy, energised and confident and I want to teach you that. I have seen too many people, including myself, fall into this trap and I can help you turn this around!

That’s why I created Back on Track. An 8 week holistic weight loss program addressing the fundamentals of health that are holding you back from reaching your weight loss goals. It’s the foundations of health that are key to long term success.

 

Until now, through 1:1 private consults, I have helped people like you to un-diet, eat with balance and regain control over their weight and health. Through personal endeavours and clinical experience, I have drawn on my wisdom to create this 8 week program. 

 

Together we will face the frustrations and struggles that myself and many others have confronted around bodyweight, yo-yo dieting and quick-fix solutions, emotional baggage, stress, fatigue and much more. I will work with you closely throughout the program to help implement sustainable healthy habits and nourish your body. 

 

My mission is to motivate and empower you, to put yourself and make health a number 1 priority.

 

This program is not a quick-fix diet. I will work closely with you to help you understand the importance of creating long term healthy change and sustainable habits. To go back to basics and understand the foundations of health and the importance of nourishing the body and the mind to look and feel amazing

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Onboarding - 

A comprehensive new client questionnaire and 1 week diet diary so we can begin at full speed. 

The Initial Consultation - 90mins

An in-depth review to create a picture of what is going on  (review of body systems, current dietary analysis, food habits and lifestyle assessment, current pathology) and define your health goals. From this information, a personalised treatment plan will be formulated as a basis of your 8 week journey to achieve your goals.

 

Weekly Sessions - 30min each

Receive 1-to-1 individualised guidance throughout this program to feel motivated, empowered and confident in reaching your weight loss goals. We will tweak and alter your treatment to create actionable steps to reach your weight loss goal. A form will be provided prior to each weekly session. 

 

Accountability and Support - via WhatsApp

For when you need feedback and support between sessions. I will be your personal nutritionist for 8 weeks holding you accountable and keeping you motivated.

  • Week 1 - Goal Setting - We will set SMART goals and connect with your ‘why’ so we have a vision and motivation for our 8 weeks together. 

  • Week 2 - Foundations of Health - Nutrition Basics - Food can be your most powerful partner or draining enemy, learn how to eat for your body and how to use food as medicine to nourish yourself from the inside out. 

  • Week 3 - Foundations of Health - Sleep - A crash course on how to improve your sleep so you can manage your weight, feel energised, happy and healthy every day. 

  • Week 4 - Foundations of Health - Movement - Discover the importance of exercise to lose weight so you can look and feel better. 

  • Week 5 - Foundations of Health - Mindfulness - Optimize your physical and mental well being through mindfulness techniques to feel confident and happy. 

  • Week 6 - Stress Management - Understand the importance of managing your stress so you can reach your weight loss goal. 

  • Week 7 - Healthy Habit Building - Implement healthy habits for long term, sustainable weight management so you can maintain a healthy weight, for life. 

  • Week 8 - Supporting Your Body - Learn how to be in tune and support your body systems so you can feel happy and healthy every day.
