Simple (& Healthy) Banana Muffins

⁣⁣⁣These simple and healthy banana bread muffins are a quick and delicious recipe for any day of the week.

These muffins are: ⁣⁣⁣

✔️ Can be jazzed up ⁣⁣⁣

✔️ High in protein, fibre and healthy fats ⁣⁣⁣

  • 3 small ripe bananas⁣⁣⁣

  • 2 eggs⁣⁣⁣

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil ⁣⁣⁣or coconut oil

  • 1 cup of almond flour and 1 cup of oat flour⁣

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder⁣⁣⁣

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder⁣⁣⁣

  • 3/4 of cup of blueberries or strawberries or raspberries or dark chocolate chips or carob buttons (anything!)⁣⁣⁣


  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and get your muffin tray ready ⁣⁣⁣

  2. Mash up the bananas till smooth

  3. Place all the wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl ⁣⁣⁣

  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well⁣⁣⁣

  5. Stir through the chosen berries or choc⁣⁣⁣

  6. Bake for 25-30mins till golden brown⁣⁣⁣
