Simple (& Healthy) Banana Muffins

These simple and healthy banana bread muffins are a quick and delicious recipe for any day of the week.
These muffins are:

YOUR SHOPPING LIST
3 small ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil
1 cup of almond flour and 1 cup of oat flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 of cup of blueberries or strawberries or raspberries or dark chocolate chips or carob buttons (anything!)

THE RECIPE
Heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and get your muffin tray ready
Mash up the bananas till smooth
Place all the wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
Add the dry ingredients and mix well
Stir through the chosen berries or choc
Bake for 25-30mins till golden brown
ENJOY with nut butter, coconut yoghurt or plain! 👩🏼🍳
