An 8 week nutrition program for busy women who are ready to stress less, lose weight and eat with balance!

The aim of Back on Track is to lose a set of symptoms that are related to feeling stressed and carrying extra kg's (low energy, bloating, poor sleep) and address any underlying health problems on the journey.

Online Consultations

An online consult is very similar to a face-to-face consult yet in the comfort of your own surroundings. The sessions will run exactly the same and you will receive the same support and guidance. We are just not in the same room!

A comprehensive holistic health assessment, exploring current and past health concerns. From this session you will receive an individualised treatment plan and achievable and realistic goals are set addressing diet, lifestyle and prescribing of nutritional supplementation (if needed). 

$140.00 | 90 min

Progress Examination: address challenges,

successes, likes and dislikes and actively tweaking the treatment plan to address your goals and create new ones! 

A follow up consultation is recommended to help track, measure and achieve your goals along with ensuring patient accountability.

How it Works

Select a date and time convenient to you and your schedule.

Receive a 'Welcome Pack' (digestible information and simple forms to complete before your first consultation).

Attend your first session on the selected date and time at your computer (via Skype or Zoom).

Receive your individualised treatment plan, session notes, supplement advice, recipes, resources and more.

Receive ongoing individualised support and accountability.
